Ah yes, another green smoothie. My favorite one lately.

You can use kale, spinach, or any other nutritional green in place of the chard here. You can also add in a frozen banana for additional creaminess if you’d wish.



2-3 large red chard leaves

1 large ripe peach

1/2 in-2 inch piece of fresh ginger (depending on how spicy you enjoy it)

juice and segments of 1/2 lemon

filtered water, to your preference


Add all into a blender and enjoy.
