1 cup blueberries
1 cup water
2 tbsp honey or maple
2 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all ingredients in a blender until oh so smooth. Pour into a small saucepan on medium heat until little bubbles form. Then reduce heat and whisk for about 3-5 minutes or until thickened. Enjoy!
