    I love those skinny eggplants and okra! Two of my favorite summer veggies.

      Yeahhh! Love okra. I never really enjoyed eggplant because of the excess salt/oil required for cooking, but I baked the skinny ones the other day in a marinade with no salt & minimal oil and it was fantasticccccc
