Bread, tomato sauce, nooch, legumes, and vegetables.

Ingredients:

organic whole wheat crust

1/2 cup lentils, cooked

tomato sauce of your choice

portobello mushrooms

few handfuls of spinach

black pepper, cayenne, red pepper flakes, basil, oregano, or any spices you may want to add, to taste

Toppings (once out of oven):

nutritional yeast, hemp seeds

Follow the cooking instructions on your pizza crust package. Load up the toppings! I added the spices right on the tomato sauce layer so all the flavors are incorporated with each bite.

Some good ideas: fresh tomatoes, tempeh or tofu, avocado (once out of oven), eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli, any sort of veg. etc. Have fun with it.

Add the hemp seeds and nooch once pizza is out of the oven.

Don’t be afraid to load up the spinach like you see pictured above. Once cooked, the spinach flattens quite a bit to look like so…

You are so creative. I wish I could be eating all of these things. Definitely an upgrade from the first one we made.

  2. Looks delicious. I will have to try this.
