Creamy avocado, banana, cacao, and flax milk…
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1/2-1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1-2 tbsp raw cacao and/or cacao nibs (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
1 cup unsweetened flax milk (any non-dairy or dairy milk will do)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
stevia, coconut palm sugar, raw honey or other sweetener to preference
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed thoroughly. The avocado makes this smoothie quite creamy.
Now, everyone enjoy a nice Chimay. Just kidding..or not.
I might try this over the weekend, I have made smoothies with all the ingredients above except for the avocado, so that should be a good addition. Also, many times I have an avocado that needs to be eaten before it will go bad but I may not have a meal for it, so now I can throw it in a smoothie!

I planned last night to make one of these smoothies for breakfast this morning. So, I woke up in a super good mood. I’m supposed to wait 30 minutes before eating after I’ve taken my medicine. I only ended up waiting about 20 minutes, because I couldn’t wait any longer to make my smoothie :)
