This one stood out to me and therefore I wanted to share it with you.
Ingredients:
unsweetened soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 tsp chlorella powder
1/2 tsp spirulina powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 large ripe banana
handful of kale leaves
gronud cinnamon, to taste
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Add all of the above ingredients except hemp seeds in a blender or magic bullet sort deal and blend until smooth. That’s it. Fresh or frozen fruit both work swell and use as much milk as necessary for your preferred consistency. I found this to be delicious on its own, but add some stevia or honey (a tad, people) if the taste of health is too overwhelming. Sprinkle 1 tbsp hemp seeds on top and voilà.
This was the best banana bread I ever ate. So moist. I want more.
