I decided to use a green smoothie as the liquid base for these sprouted buckwheat groats (rather than non-dairy milk or water). Topped with some dried mulberries (thanks to my roommate and landlord :) ) and fresh cut banana. Gah I am craving more at the slightest thought of this.

1/2-3/4 cup raw sprouted buckwheat groats
chocolate hemp powder
Make the smoothie and then add to buckwheat groats, add toppings and voilà. You have yourself a delightful treat..
Must mention even sans the green smoothie, add in some non-dairy milk and this is oh so fantastic. Try it out for yourself and see :)
