Creamy avocado, banana, cacao, and flax milk…
1/2-1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1-2 tbsp raw cacao and/or cacao nibs (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
1 cup unsweetened flax milk (any non-dairy or dairy milk will do)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
stevia, coconut palm sugar, raw honey or other sweetener to preference
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed thoroughly. The avocado makes this smoothie quite creamy.
Now, everyone enjoy a nice Chimay. Just kidding..or not.
